Returns Policy of CyprusPet.com aims at allowing you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please see and ensure that your read out Returns Policy in full before purchasing any items from our website.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund:
- On personalized goods (such as pet id tags) unless they were delivered to you faulty.
- We will not refund any pet food which has been opened, even if this was sent by mistake and/or is not the pet food you ordered.
- Any returns concerning anything edible must be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, else our refund policy is to not accept returns.
- We also do not accept return of any and every products that are intimate and\or sanitary goods.
Returning Unwanted Items
You can request to return an unwanted item that you no longer require up to 14 days from the purchase date so long as such product is within the terms and conditions established from our Return Policy.
We require that any items that you are to return are in their original and unused condition in their unopened packaging.
We will then arrange for the item to be collected from you. Once the item is received and inspected by us (usually within 3 days of collection), we will issue you with a refund for the value of the item purchased provided the item(s) is/are in their original condition.
We are unable to refund the original shipping cost and additionally we will be required to subtract the cost of collecting the item from the amount to be refunded. The amount to be refunded is the cost of purchase at the time of purchase of the product.
Incorrect / Faulty / Damaged Item
Occasionally things can go wrong and we may send out the wrong item(s) and/or parcels may get damaged by our couriers. Please report the incorrect and/or damaged item(s) to our customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items. We may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim and we shall review your claim with 3 working days from the date of receipt of your claim. Once we review your claim and we establish that the item(s) delivered to you are incorrect and\or faulty and\or damaged due to our fault. We will then arrange for the incorrect and\or faulty and/or damaged item to be collected from you and subsequently for a replacement order to be dispatched to you.
We will not charge you for collection of the incorrect/damaged item(s) or for the delivery of the replacement item(s).
Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your legal rights.
